Our story

Born and bred in the heart of Dublin City Centre, FRESH.CUTS. began selling its original designs and garments in Cow's Lane Designer Market in 2015.  The idea was to give people an option to choose better but not compromise on style or quality. An Independent family business it is run by Husband and Wife team Lorna & Steven and their new edition a beautiful little girl, Indi.

In 2015 we choose Organic materials and Ethical practices on a personal level as we didn’t want our brand associated with in humane working conditions or adding to an already polluted planet. As we grew as a brand and personally, we became even more aware about what sustainability really meant and entailed. What affects our business could have on the world and how we could make a commitment that will add to the future. Never giving up on our commitment to style or quality we committed to a sustainable future. We began to control every step of the process, from design to production and journey towards a Sustainable Company our family can be proud of.  Today all our FRESH.CUTS items are 100% GOTs certified Organic Cotton and come delivered in a compostable Mailer.  You can find more on our sustainable
practices here

Since inception our team has grown to 7 people based here in Dublin. We have one retail store located at 13 Castle Market, Dublin 2. Lorna still overlooks and designs all our own collections in house. All items are bespoke and manufactured to our own specifications and colours.  Our designs are collection based and limited edition so once they sell out we don’t do them again. We design trans-seasonal items that can we worn all year round and as such get the most wear.

Brands We Love

Fresh Cuts initially launched as a stand alone brand but through opening our first retail store in a basement in 2016 we found that Dublin & Ireland was missing a fully serviced ethical clothing store. While we design and produce casual apparel such as t-shirts and hoodies under the FRESH.CUTS brand, we had numerous requests from items such as ethical jeans, jackets and trainers. From here we added other brands from throughout Europe that had the same values and ethos as FRESH.CUTS and means we can give our customers a dedicated ethical and sustainable muti brand store that you can pick up everything one would need.
